What is the best method of dealing with a blister between the toes? I can't really afford to take time off from training but this little blister is killin' me.

lube it up, use some body glide, don't be without some of this stuff, for any area that you need to protect, feet, nips, etc, if your blister has gone too far, try a little bag balm.
body glide - any running store
bag balm - costco, or any drug store, will have some
another idea, try another style sock.
good luck

There are lots of treatments that you can find online and if you want best results then you should consult with a doctor right away.
