PARTICIPANTS DO NOT NEED A SPECTATOR BUS PASS—ONLY SPECTATORS NEED A SPECTATOR BUS PASS.

Busing and Parking information

  1. The Bus Gods have the prerogative to modify any of this information.
  2. There isn’t enough room for everyone to park at the finish, so please park at one of our two parking sites:
    1. Lucky Peak State Park; Spring Shores Marina or
    2. Idaho Parks and Recreation/Shakespeare Theater on Warm Springs.
    3. Parking overnight is allowed after 6pm Friday night.
    4. Please CARPOOL—parking is always tight.
  3. Participants, volunteers, and children under 3 do not need Spectator bus passes.
  4. Please tell your spectators with a SPECTATOR BUS PASS that there are no riders on the bus to Robie Creek after 2pm. Also—be sure they can endure standing in a long line for the return ride.
  5. NO BEERS, NO BIKES, NO DOGS, NO WHINERS, NO STROLLERS allowed on the bus. You will be denied a ride, even if you purchased a bus pass.
  6. Volunteers can come to the front of the line if they are wearing their volunteer shirt.
  7. All participants, volunteers and spectators will be returned to Spring Shores from Robie Creek. Those who parked at Idaho Parks & Recreation Head Quarters/Shakespeare Theater will transfer to a different bus at Spring Shores.
  8. Any questions or complaints—see #1.

Bus Schedule

Departure times from Idaho Parks and Rec on Warm Springs:
11:30am, 12:00pm, 12:30pm, 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm
Departures from Spring Shores to Robie Creek
start at 12:00pm (noon) and end at 2:00pm
Departures from Robie Creek to Spring Shores
start about 12:30pm and run continuous until all participants are gone from Robie Creek

ONLY THE LAST BUS OF THE DAY WILL RETURN TO FORT BOISE (usually around 6pm)

 

Please be responsible, choose a designated driver if you plan on drinking at the post-race party.
